These Terms of Service govern your use of the Legacy Timepieces website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products

Legacy Timepieces specializes in the sale of authentic luxury timepieces. Unless otherwise stated, our watches are pre-owned and may show signs of normal wear consistent with their age and condition. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item.

Authenticity

All watches sold by Legacy Timepieces are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Every timepiece is inspected and verified before being offered for sale.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or the item becomes unavailable before shipment.

Payment

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared. Ownership of the watch transfers to the purchaser once payment has been received in full.

Shipping

All orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance where applicable. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. Legacy Timepieces is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery. Any claims regarding damage during transit or an item not matching its description must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Warranty

Every watch purchased from Legacy Timepieces includes a one-year service warranty covering mechanical movement defects resulting from normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse, neglect, cosmetic wear, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy. All sales are final unless the watch arrives damaged or is materially different from its original description.

Limitation of Liability

Legacy Timepieces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through our website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Legacy Timepieces and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

Governing Law
